03 Treasurer
Trish Franks
I joined about 9 years ago and have done 2 years as secretary and am starting my 5th year as Treasurer.
I have also volunteered for 11 plus years at Oxfam and I am still occasionally asked to cover if they are short of volunteers.
04 Business Secretary
Trish is the person who records all the business of our u3a, liaises with the u3a Head Office, and is the first point of call for all of our external relationships.
05 Membership Secretary
Ken Dagnall
If you wish to join the u3a Ken is the first point of contact. He will supply leaflets and information about our u3a and encourage anyone who is interested to come and join us. Ken previously organised our Out & About group.
07 Groups Co-ordinator
Caryll Young
Caryll has lived in Hythe for four and a half years and been a member of u3a for over two years. Her background is in education and taught in secondary schools and adult education as well as working in administration and examining. She is now our Groups coordinator.
09 Newsletter Editor
Rob Snellgrove
I joined the u3a in 2013 and soon after started the Photography group. In 2016 I took over the production of the Newsletter, and joined the Committee in 2018.
